Get Your Volunteer On!

I would like to extend a welcome to parents who want to volunteer their time for the class. There are many ways to help during the year. The new SAU 53 website has made it easier to apply to volunteer.

Once you have been fingerprinted, you may help in school or on field trips. In fourth grade we will need chaperones for our trip to Strawbery Banke Museum in November. We may need help for our State House visit, TBA.

PALs coordinates Popcorn Poppers that help the 4th grade weekly. This requires about 2 hours a session. The duty involves supervising the making and bagging of popcorn at the Hill School. http://palspembroke.wixsite.com/palspembroke/contact

I am planning special classroom events that require help with food and supplies. I would like to have a food preparation activity each week, so stay tuned!
